# How to install Ninjatrader 8 desktop application on VPS

| Ninjatrader 8.1.6 comes pre-installed on TradingVPS.

1. Open the browser and search for ninjatrader, And click on ninjatrader.

2. Click Open Account Or get started.

3.  Click on Sign up with Email Address.

4. Confirm your email address.

5. Click on Create User with username and password.

6. Login with username and password.

7. After logging in, on the ***Get Started*** page, click ***Additional Options***. Then, select ***Import License Key***.

8. Click on Import.

9. Insert the license key and click Import.

10. With your license imported, you can now download the latest version of ***NinjaTrader***. Go to: https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome-download

11. In your Downloads folder, find the NinjaTrader installation file and run it to begin the installation.

12. After installation, a ***NinjaTrader*** shortcut will appear on your desktop.
