# How to Download and Install MetaTrader 4 (MT4)

### How to Install MetaTrader 4 on Windows

1. Click the download button.

2. Go to Downloads folder.

* Double-click the mt4setup.
* Follow the on-screen instructions  
* Click **Next** until installation is complete.

3. Click **Next**

4. Click finish

5. In the Open an Account window, you’ll see a list of available servers.

* Type your broker’s name or server address in the search box.
* Click Find your company.
* When your broker’s server appears in the list, select it.
* Click Next

### Already have an account

Enter your login details and click Next.

### New accoun

1. Click Next

2. Fill in the complete details and click Next.

2. Fill in the complete details and click Next.

3. Registration Complete Click Finish
