  1. Login

  • Login to your Client Portal (with email and password)
  • Go to visit website




  • Login




  1. Navigate to “Services”


After logging in:


  • Go to the Dashboard
  • Click on Services
  • Select My Service




  • Select My Service





  1. Select the Service You Want to Cancel


Click on the specific service you want to cancel. This will open the service details page




  1. Click on Request Cancellation




  1. Choose Immediate or End of Billing Period




  1. Click Submit to confirm




  1. Cancel request submit successful
