# Correct Way to Change Timezone (Persistent After Restart)

1. Uninstall Dimension 4.
* Open **Control Panel.**
* Click** program.**
* Go to** Programs and Features.**
* Double click **Dimension 4.**
* And Click **Yes.**
* **Restart** your VPS.

2. Turn **off** timezone in startup apps

* Then **restart** the **VPS** so that the **settings take** effect.


3. Change Timezone Manually in Windows Settings

* Open **Settings**

* Go to **Time & Language**

* Select **Date & Time**

4. Disable Automatic Settings


* Turn **Set time automatically** - OFF
* Turn **Set time zone automatically** - OFF

5. Select Timezone Manually

* From the **Time zone dropdown**, select your required **timezone.**

6. Sync **Time Manually**

* And click **Sync now.**

7. **Restart** your VPS.
